We'll start shooting at HP on October 2nd. Setups around 6 and start slinging lead between 6:30 and 7. We'll run 2 stages, as always.
Membership will jump to $30.00 for the year and matches will run $15.00 for members and $20.00 for non-members.
MISS is an official club of the United States Practical Shooting Association.

Anon, I hear you, but this is what happens when people don't stay interested in politics.
No, I'm serious.
There are literally two ranges for civilians to shoot at in Cook Co. Both those continue to exist because the towns they're in "home rule" the Cook Co. statues and allow them to keep chugging along.
If you go an hour out of Chicago, there are a few more, but none of them let you run-and-gun. The kicker is that almost all of them charge ~20-25.00 an hour for shooting...
For those of us "stuck" here, we do what we can. The alternative is not shooting or IPSC'ing at all which would make the politicos happy...
